Great location, friendly staff, tasty food, clean and comfortable rooms, good wifi, convenient amenities like room service and laundry.
Couldn't fault.

The hotel had an impressive mini library, which I obviously didn't have time to visit. The Sri Lankan spices in the restaurant's food were definitely "distinct". The air-conditioned hall was a "good" restaurant, take that as you will.
I didn't have time to enjoy the 10 world-class rides at the family recreational destination next door. What a shame.

This hotel is excellent value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The staff go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, and the service is top-notch. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a huge and comfy bed that guarantees a great night's sleep. The breakfast spread is delicious, offering a variety of options to start your day off right. One of the best aspects is the location, situated on a leafy street in downtown, making it convenient to explore the city.
The hotel could improve on the noise insulation in the rooms.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in downtown Yangon. The location was perfect - nestled on a leafy street in the best part of town. The room I had was clean and comfortable, with a huge bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. They even provided free head massages, which was a nice touch. And the breakfast options were fantastic, with a variety of choices to suit every taste.
My experience at this hotel was great and I couldn't find any faults.

The food served in the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious. We ordered the tomyum dish and it was packed with flavor, except for the seafood which wasn't fresh. This unfortunately gave us a day of stomach trouble, but the hotel staff were quick to offer us complimentary meals and basic medicine. Despite the mishap, we found the restaurant to have a wide variety of choices and the other menus were excellent. The hotel also had a convenient location with taxis readily available right in front. Additionally, the clean rooms, comfortable beds, and beautiful artwork added to our pleasant stay. Despite a few drawbacks like AC being a little loud and a 3% credit card payment charge, we would definitely recommend this hotel as a great option in Yangon. I had a good experience at this hotel and would recommend it.

The art works displayed were very nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel also had a 24-hour restaurant, which was very convenient for us. We also appreciated the free head massage service they offered every day.
The restaurant's food quality and freshness was a big concern, as we got sick from eating at the hotel. the location was not very central and required a taxi to reach the main attractions.

We enjoyed being on the edge of the city's busy business center, away from the noise caused by all the trucks parked up. It was an easy ride to downtown, and we even discovered some fancier coffee shops with good wifi nearby. Our room was clean and cozy, with a spacious bathroom and attentive service. the breakfast spread was delicious and refreshing. the retro bar and delicious Sri Lankan cuisine were some of the few perks we enjoyed.
There was one aspect that could have been better.

We stayed at this hotel during Easter. The staff was very attentive, friendly and accommodating. The hotel restaurant had a variety of breakfast choices and there were other local dining options nearby. it was conveniently located near major attractions and public transportation.
The hotel itself was showing its age, and some of the amenities were outdated. Although the room was clean, it lacked some of the expected modern comforts.
